geohot 10274e29b4 schedule: realize custom kernel inputs that don't resolve to a buffer state ...

lazy const expressions above a custom kernel call have no ranges, so any
REDUCE in that subgraph crashed rangeify's reduce conversion with KeyError.
realize custom kernel srcs that the buffer-state unwrap can't resolve, and
drop the eager-realize workaround from the delta net tests (root cause fixed)
